Prime day launches : After the re-launch of PUBG Mobile as Battleground Mobile India in the country, the SHEIN online shopping platform is returning to India soon. The re-launch of the shopping site has excited all the shoppers around India.
Last year, Indian government announced a ban on 100’s of Chinese app. These apps included popular short video platform TikTok, gaming app PUBG Mobile, CamScanner document scanning app, online shopping app SHEIN, and many others. According to the information, by the end of this month, SHEIN can knock again for Indian users.
Shein launch date in India
The shopping site will be revisited on Amazon in India during the Prime Day sale. Amazon’s Prime Day Sale 2021 will start in the country from July 26 to July 27. During the sale, many products of all categories will be sold with huge discounts. With this, Amazon will launch more than 300 products on its platform.
The comeback has been confirmed- not as a full fledged app yet, but as a part of Amazon sale which will take place this month. Amazon prime day sale is scheduled to take place over July 26 and July 27. Amazon will be having a separate page for Shein during it’s sale.
Notably, Shein will only be launched as a seller on Amazon and not as a separate platform like before.

Amazon Prime Day
This information was spotted on the dedicated page of Amazon Prime Day. This suggests that Shein will be launched on the online shopping platform Amazon and not as a separate app as before. This was first reported by a Twitter user named @averagespy.
The online shopping app was banned in India last year at the same time that popular apps like PUBG Mobile and TikTok were blocked. Soon after the ban, China’s online shopping app was removed from both the Google Play store and the Apple App Store. The shopping site as always has been popular amongst young ladies, especially for offering stylish products on a budget.

This makes SHEIN the second app to make a comeback in India after PUBG Mobile. Game developer Crafton has relaunched PUBG Mobile in the country as Battleground Mobile India. The mobile game is currently only available for Android users on the Google Play store. The Battlegrounds Mobile India game is said to be available for iOS soon. Crafton hasn’t revealed details about the Battlegrounds Mobile India iOS app yet, so it looks like iPhone users will have to wait a bit longer.
